We have always tried to provide our clients with all the tools they need to understand our products.  This includes down-loadable videos on our website of all of our trainings and workshops.  This is great for when you want to watch a full training from beginning to end.  But now, we have added mini videos when you just want a 5 minute explanation of one specific rating, score or process.  So far we have new mini video shorts for:
